The apartment

A bright, open-plan studio on the first floor of the Skol building, fully refurbished in spring 2026 and west-facing for afternoon sun. Two single beds plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender and coffee machine. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large private terrace with sea views — for sunbathing, al fresco dinners, or working with the Mediterranean in front of you.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
