Our home is divided over 4 floors & This town house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet.

1: The lowest floor includes private parking with direct entrance to an additional guest room with window to the garden, bathroom, and stairs to the rest of the house.

2: The ground floor includes a wide living room, TV, chill Sofa, equipped kitchen, dining area & private terrace. The terrace new outside furnitures & a BBQ.
The stairs takes you to the garden & spacious pool area where the whole family is welcome to hang out.

3: Moving up one floor & this will be the standard sleeping area with 3 full bedrooms. Two with double beds & one with twin beds. All in great condition.

4: The highest floor contains a beautiful rooftop terrace with splendid views over "The Mediterranean Sea". Its a sea connected to the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by the Mediterranean Basin and almost completely enclosed by land: on the north by Western and Southern Europe and Anatolia, on the south by North Africa, and on the east by the Levant.

The top floor do alos remain an INFINITY POOL, outside shower, 2 sun beds, dining area & coffee space.

As much as we love animals, this place is not created for our lovely little friends & we ask you kindly to respect our pet-free rule.

• Parties
Not allowed. Its a quiet area created for families & golfers to enjoy a perfect stay in our calm paradise. In case you are a group of friends please let us instead introduce you to our "party friendly" properties since this one is not a match for you.

• Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 1,000€ will be charged upon arrival just to secure that you leave our home in good condition.

• Check in is in between 15.00-20.00PM at arrival.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 50 Euros (Inbetween 20.00-03.00).

• Check-out is latest 11AM when you are heading home again.
