Private terraces, both open and covered, invite you to relax in the evenings.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from April to the end of October). Several restaurants are located at the harbor, and small motorboats can be rented there. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. No noise is permitted between midnight and 8 am. The apartment can only be booked by guests over 25 years old.
