The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests and offers a warm, functional, and modern atmosphere.
>Living Room: a spacious and bright area, thoughtfully decorated to provide warmth and comfort. It features a two-seater sofa bed, a television, and a coffee table. Natural light fills the room thanks to direct access to the terrace —a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. The living room also includes a dining table with chairs for your meals.
>Kitchen: separated from the living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook comfortably. It also includes a washing machine, which is especially useful for longer stays. With plenty of storage space, it’s perfect for preparing your favourite meals.
>Bedrooms: the apartment has two bright bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage space, and bedside tables with lamps for added convenience. The main bedroom has air conditioning, while the second bedroom features a ceiling fan, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment all year round. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
>Bathrooms: there are two modern, bright, and functional bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, shower, and large mirror. One is en suite in the main bedroom, and the other is a full bathroom located in the hallway.
>Terrace: a bright and inviting space to enjoy breakfast or meals outdoors. It comes with a table and chairs for four guests. From the terrace, you can access the living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms.

* A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
