Summary:
This 4-bedroom beach house is literally 20 m from the golden sandy beach facing the Mediterranean Sea. The best feature of this place is the sound of the waves crashing in from the bedroom windows.

This property is a stunning mix of open spaces and modern furnishings, suitable to entertain big families and guests, and can accommodate 10 people at night. Two of the bedrooms has double beds, one has two single beds, and one has two bunk beds.

The kitchen is modern and clean in its expression and connected to the living room and dining area. From the living room you can walk through the patio door to the terrace on the ground floor, furnished with a lounge and dining table. Walk down a few steps down to the lawn and pool area of the complex. Or stroll right to the beach.

On the upper floor you have a second terrace with dining, lounge and grill. Enjoy the sunset with a nightcap and some good BBQ.

The bathrooms are modernly styled and there is a laundry room as well.

The Neighborhood:
El Rosario is a small residential urbanization located on the beach, just outside of Marbella on the Costa del Sol. The area is very laid-back with a mix of luxury villas and apartment complexes. It is an excellent destination for couples and families, looking for a quieter location, but still close to the amenities and leisure facilities of Marbella.

El Rosario is not a town on its own, but there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the local vicinity. It is home to a lovely stretch of golden sand and the beach is thought to be one of the best along the Costa del Sol. There are plenty of bars and beach restaurants, and showers and water sports can be found at intervals along the beach.

For golf enthusiasts the choices are many, and by car you have plenty of popular golf courses within reach. The Costa del Sol is said to be the best region for golfers in Spain.

Getting Around:
There are parking opportunities right by the vicinity for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation. Elviria is just five minutes away by car, and Marbella around 10 minutes’ drive.

El Rosario is an ideal destination for those who want a base to explore the rest of the Costa del Sol. Marbella, Mijas and Fuengirola are within easy reach, with a bus that takes you to all three destinations. The bus stop is right up at the main road.

The Fuengirola train station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station and step or elevator are needed to reach platform level. From here you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 48 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.

From the Fuengirola bus station, on Calle Jacinto Benavente, you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucía and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda, and Sevilla. You also have a lot of opportunities if you chose to travel from the bus station in Marbella instead.
