Located in the prestigious Alicate Playa urbanisation, one of the most exclusive and peaceful residential areas of East Marbella, this elegant 135 m² apartment, completely renovated and south-west facing, offers a perfect combination of comfort, luminosity and privileged location.



With capacity for 6 people, it has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite. Its spacious living room opens onto a pleasant terrace with views of the pool, the sea and the mountain, ideal for breakfast outdoors, enjoying a drink at sunset or simply relaxing during your holidays.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped for long and short stays: American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer, juicer, washer-dryer and complete kitchenware. It also has an ironing board and iron.



To ensure maximum comfort, the property also features centralised air conditioning, heating, high-speed wifi, Smart TV, electric blinds, mosquito nets and a travel cot for babies.



The Alicate Playa urbanisation offers a safe and well-maintained environment, with extensive landscaped areas of tropical vegetation, adult and children's swimming pool open year-round, paddle tennis court, lift, private parking and 24-hour security.



The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Just 100 metres away is Alicate Beach, one of the best beaches in Marbella, where you can enjoy long walks by the sea and some of the most exclusive beach clubs on the Costa del Sol, such as La Cabane. In the surrounding area you will find more than ten excellent beach bars and restaurants, including Los Sardinales, Oyana Beach, Nosso Summer Club and many other options to enjoy the best Mediterranean cuisine by the sea.
