Upon arrival, you will find a private parking area and a small reception area that provides access to a charming interior courtyard, the central core connecting the different floors of the villa. On this main floor, a spacious and bright living-dining room stands out, with a two-pitched roof decorated with wooden beams, ideal for sharing relaxing moments or family meals.
The kitchen is spacious, equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and appliances for those who enjoy cooking, with ample storage space to facilitate their stay. Next to it, an outdoor porch with garden furniture invites you to enjoy appetizers or moments of relaxation outdoors. Additionally, you will find an independent toilet for greater comfort.

The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, covering all culinary needs.
The heated swimming pool is maintained at 28ºC during the low season (from 1 November to 30 April) and has a fixed glass cover in winter to maintain the temperature. Pool heating has a daily supplement, and is only available with a reservation for the entire stay. The villa also has a security system with an alarm and integrated camera not connected during the travellers' stay.
The location is ideal for families with children, as it is close to parks, golf courses, sandy and rocky beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions such as water parks and protected natural areas. Marbella and other nearby towns such as Fuengirola, Puerto Banús and Estepona are a comfortable drive away, in addition to Málaga airport at 45 km and train and bus stations at 50 km.
