Dear Guest, As the hotel is closed due to COVID-19 and the restrictions imposed by the Spanish government, we contacted you as soon as we could, though Expedia, to inform you that your booking was cancelled. Furthermore, We made sure that the Hotel Manager was available at the Hotel till 19:00 to assist in case you did not receive our message. You mentioned that the hotel was under construction, however, Hotel Claude Marbella is not under construction. There are many hotels in the same street that are under construction, and I fear that you may have stopped at a different street number. Estimado Sergio: Nos sorprende leer que faltan amenidades. Ya ha pasado mucho tiempo desde su estancia pero aquí siempre ha habido papel higiénico, papel para sonarse la nariz, jabón y champús y geles de baño de sobra y se reponen a diario. Igual la caja de papel (Kleenex como vd. pone) no estaba en el momento de entrada pero con haberlo pedido, hubiera sido suficiente. Jamás hemos tenido quejas de que faltaba papel higiénico de baño o jabones y no sorprende este comentario. Tampoco entendemos lo de hotel "muy incómodo" porque tanto los colchones de cama como los sofás, sillas de terraza y restaurante son muy cómodos. No sé si se refiere a que estamos en una zona donde no pueden acceder coches todo el día y a lo mejor hay que andar unos metros o quizá era incómoda la pequeña cuestecita desde la Avenida principal a nuestro hotel. O que coincidiera que cuando Vd. se alojó había un rodaje y quizá la puerta de entrada estuviera cerrada por unas horas pero a todos los clientes se les comunicó qué timbre tocar para que le atendieran. Sentimos que su experiencia haya sido "incómoda". Aun así agradecemos el tiempo que se tomó para darnos una puntuación. Fue un placer haberle servido. Saludos cordiales.
