Schönes Appartement
Das Appartement ist großzügig aufgeteilt! Es gibt Rückzugsort, wenn man zu 4 Personen dort Urlaub macht! Herrliche Terrasse , schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage und der Standort perfekt für Erholung und auch für Ausflüge, da unweit die Autobahn zu erreichen ist. Viele Restaurants und ein Supermärkte alles fussläufig zu erreichen . Es hat uns gut gefallen . Vielen Dank

Très bel endroit !
Malgré la saison : Décembre !, température très douce permettant de faire de très belles promenades et visites ! Logement très confortable, très bien équipé; proche des commerce (mercado, Cortès Ingles ...) Très jolie décoration ! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour; petit bémol, nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter aux postes francophones. Ce n'est pas grave. c'était notre 2ème séjour en Andalousie, nous pensons déjà à un troisième .

This was our second time staying in this lovely apartment and have already booked a third! It is set within a beautiful, well kept complex with an amazing pool. Has a fantastic large patio for outdoor enjoyment in the sunshine with lovely view of the pool. Shops, restaurants, beach and market all within walking distance albeit up or down a hill but definitely worth it in our opinion. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Magnifique séjour
Logement très confortable, chaleureux et très fonctionnel. Très grande terrasse avec un très beau canapé confortable. Espace paysagé très beau et très bien entretenu. Piscine exceptionnelle !!! Résidence très bien située avec commerces et restaurants très proche. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Bref, on pense déjà à y retourner ! Une adresse à recommander vivement.

Wonderful apartment in a great location
Great apartment with everything needed and more. The outside terrace was amazing! The apartment wasn't modern in its design but that was actually it's charm, so comfortable and relaxing. Apartment had a super location with the swimming pool a few steps away best complex we have ever stayed at lovely gardens and well maintained. Great quiet location nice restaurants nearby. Only a 10/15 minute walk down to the marina not the prettiest of walks but often jumped in taxi which was only a few euros. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Long overdue relaxing family time in the sun
Great weather, perfect location, easy walking distance to centre, local bars and restaurants, supermarkets. Lovely pool and area. Great apartment on the ground floor which is stocked with everything. Only small things to improve on, it was difficult to find the apartment block as the taxi dropped us at the exit gate luckily an English resident helped us so please check you get dropped if having a taxi to the correct entrance. Bathrooms could do with updating a little in particular the showers. Mirrored door to en-suite catches on the floor so if it’s used in the night it would wake anyone else in the room up

Home from home
Highly recommend this apartment it is modern and comfortably furnished to a high standard ,in an excellent location within the complex and being on the ground floor benefits from having the pools only a few steps away from your large veranda. The apartment has everything you could want to give you an enjoyable stay.There are also cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk which is an added bonus ,they also do take away food most probably due to covid. It is an excellent base to explore the surrounding areas. highly recommend Rhonda and Mijas as not to be missed . Should the opportunity arise we would definitely do a return visit a week is just not long enough .

Fantastic Apartment!
We have been holidaying in Aldea Blanca on and off over the last 20 years, staying at 5 different apartments in total. This is the first time we have stayed at Mari and Kent’s property but it is by far the best positioned one in the complex! We will definitely be returning in the future. The property itself is well equipped with everything you would hope to find, even beach towels were provided! It isn’t the most modern apartment that we have rented but was very comfortable all the same. The interior was always very cool when we returned after a day at the pool or out and about, probably due to the curtains throughout. We therefore didn’t need to use the air conditioning at all during our entire month’s stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone considering visiting Andalucia Julie & Steven

We had a lovely week staying in Aldea Blanca. The apartment is perfect, has everything you need and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location on the site and a fairly nice walk downhill to Puerto Banus. We look forward to coming back!

Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera, el apartamento de Mari esta decorado con muy buen gusto, y al detalle, las fotos lo reflejan con exactitud, esta en una urbanización muy bien cuidada. El l tener la piscina tan cerca es una gran ventaja sobretodo cuando se viaja con niños. A pesar de que la cocina esta bien equipada, nos hizo falta un exprimidor y una minipimer.. En general todo muy bien. Gracias Mari

Lovely family break
The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The apartment is in a great location for the local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. It is also in the best location on the complex for the main swimming pool which was right on the doorstep. Sylvia, the contact for our stay couldn’t do any more to help us, overall a lovely time was had by all and we would defiantly stay here again. Perfect location
Just returned from this beautiful apartment in perfect setting on the Aldea Blanca location. Fantastic apartment which is just a few steps away from the main swimming pool. Mari has thought of everything to make this apartment a home from home. Furnishings are lovely we felt really comfortable and could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this one again. The reason we have given four stars on cleanliness is the bed. The bottom sheet was covered in hairs and clearly hadn’t been changed which was a bit off putting. Other than that a perfect stay thank you Martyn and Jayne

The apartment is located adjacent to to main pool which is very convenient and able to retire to your terrace for refreshment breaks. The apartment is equipped with all ones requirements and very peaceful at night. Extremely easy to walk to the beach and central restaurants.

Second year... brilliant time.
Enjoyed once again. Position near the pool is so convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and the balcony/ patio area as the pictures show. We had a problem with air conditioning since we didn’t seem to be able to control easily and Ants in the kitchen area. Neither was enough to spoil our stay.

Beautiful Apartment in Fantastic Location
Our family of had a fantastic 10 night stay at this wonderful, beautiful apartment. The apartment is situated in a splendid, secured development right next to the pool at ground level. The terrace area is a superb size with beautiful patio furniture adequate for 6 people. The general area has numerous restaurants, supermarket and other facilities within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Overall the apartment and location is ideal for a family holiday to just chill out or to be more venturous into peurto banus. We would like to thank the Magnusson family to give us the opportunity to enjoy their beautiful holiday apartment. We would have no hesitation in returning to this place. Beautiful apartment in great location
This is our second visit and the apartment is as beautiful as ever. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is spacious with two seating areas and TV with many channels for entertainment. There is plenty of hot water available for whole family to shower. The biggest choice you have to make is do you sit on your lovely patio on the fabulous outdoor seating or do you walk a few steps to the beautiful pool and well maintained garden area. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was very hot whilst we were there and the outside canopy too for when you want to sit out during mid day sun. One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in and in a great location for eating out - as well as within walking distance to Puerto Banus.

Great Apartment, Great Location
This apartment ticks all the boxes as described in it's listing. Situated within a few metres of the swimming pool, it is spacious, comfortable and clean ideal for the 5 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs with a few added extra's. The bedrooms were ideal, and both good sizes with suitably big wardrobes to match. The lounge was impressive and outside seating was perfect for sitting out enjoying an evening meal and sunset. We did incur a problem with an outside gate lock we contacted Mari and Kent and the matter was quickly resolved. With its close proximity to the Central Plaza and being approximately 800m away from the beach, we would have no hesitation in returning here. This property was very impressive and we have already recommended itt to our friends a credit to its owners.

A fantastic property in one of the best locations on the complex
Our family has spent a fantastic Christmas break at Kent and Mari's property that I can only describe as wonderful and fantastic. It's located right opposite the main pools (which is by far one of the best locations on the complex), the property is spacious and modern but at the same time with the traditional Spanish touches. There is everything that you would need for a comfortable stay and the owners are very easy to contact should you have any questions. Would definitely recommend!

The appartment was very nice, clean and well equipted. Good restaurants om the area.
We liked everything, but there was no sun on the terrace in december. So if you want to enjoy the sun and stay "at home" one day this is not the place for you . For us it was a short stroll to the City, but you can enjoy good restaurants near by. Top Thai was very good!! We can recommand this place , especially in the hot summermonths.

Overall experience was good and would recommend. Only down side was that the pools were closed a lot of the time and this wasn’t mentioned to us and we had kids, which made this frustrating.

Beautiful setting fantastic apartment
My first holiday abroad for 20 years and we couldn’t have chosen anything better x the apartment is everything and more than we could have asked for and the grounds and pool area are stunning . It took us a day to find our way out of the complex ha ha but once we had, the options to eat and drink and shop were endless if not a bit hilly but worked off the calories , and taxis to Marbella and San Pedro were very cheap and easy to get off the rank over the hill . Alex was a star arranging transfers to and from the Airport. All in all a perfect holiday thank you x

Amazing holiday in beautiful apartment
We are just back from our first visit to Nueva Andalucia and this is one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in. The apartment was very tidy and has absolutely everything you could possibly need in it. The complex is really pretty and is kept spotlessly clean and the largest pool is literally on your doorstep - whilst you are not overlooked should you want to stay on your own patio rather than sunbathing or swimming at the pool areas. We didn't hire a car as wanted a complete rest from driving whilst we were away but the apartments are situated within easy walking distance (5 mins) of a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars and there's lots of choice with regards types of food to eat. Should you prefer to eat in, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there are at least two supermarkets within 5 mins walk. We walked into Puerto Banus a couple of times which is busy and much livelier and there is a fabulous beach there and every type of restaurant you can think of as well as many designer shops, awesome boats and amazing cars! We have two children who were delighted to take advantage of the great Wi-Fi in the apartment and there are many TV channels offering movies for entertainment. There is a Market on a Saturday which is just 2 mins walk away and great for bargains. If like us you don't want to hire a car the transfer from the airport is between 45 mins - 1hr but we had smooth transfers both ways. We were only there for 1 week and felt like there is still lots more to discover (found two more restaurants nearby on the day we were leaving) and we will most definitely be going back next year (and hopefully for many years to come).

Perfect property for a family, excellent pool and short walk to beach. We had an amazing holiday!
This was our first holiday abroad and we searched a long time for the perfect property to suit our family, we finally found it in this property. Let me first highlight that Mari was very supportive and answered every email query and concern that I raised. There is a pdf file that was supplied prior to our trip that had all the information about the property and surrounding area. This was really useful. The property itself is spacious and was very comfortable. The terrace area was great and the awning provided some much needed shade, when needed. It was also a great space for breakfast and dinners. There are local supermarkets that were very convenient as we chose not to get a car and stocked everything you’d expect. There are also restaurants in the central plaza, but we found that Casa Italia was our favourite, which is a family run restaurant and the staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. The beach was a short walk away (the map Mari provided was very useful the first time). It also was a great run route along to the harbour and beyond. So after a day at the beach, we’d head back to ‘home’ and spend time at the pool, which was never overly busy. The surrounding gardens to the property were well kept and there is a support team in block 13 that were very helpful, especially for arranging taxis. We had a great holiday and the property was a home from home for the 10 nights that we stayed there. Thanks Mari, we had a great holiday with some great memories and for those looking for a great place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough. Kevin and family

L appartement de Mari et Kent correspondait exactement au descriptif Abritel HomeAway .. notre séjour du 17 au 22 mai s est très bien passé en profitant de la terrasse ensoleillée, juste face à la piscine , très calme à cette période ... les jardins de la résidence sont très fleuris et bien entretenus , une adresse à conseiller pour nos amis .... Juste un détail , réveillés par le soleil le matin car les volets de la chambre ne sont pas tout à fait hermétiques ...sinon tout était parfait ..... nous y reviendrons certainement .... Lägenheten ligger i ett trevligt och lugnt område. Lägenheten har allt man behöver vad gäller husgeråd. Uteplatsen är toppen med överblick över poolområdet. Smidigt att promenera ner till stranden och det finns flera butiker i närheten.
