Welcome to this cosy flat with shared pool, ideal for 6 guests, located in Marbella and with direct access to the beach.
Outside the urbanisation you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 15x8 metres and a depth varying between 1m and 2.20m. For the little ones there is a children's pool measuring 10x4 metres with a constant depth of 0.5 metres, as well as sun loungers and an outdoor shower for added comfort.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It has a large covered terrace equipped with a table and sofas, perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the pool. Inside, the living-dining room has a Smart TV and centralised air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen is ceramic hob and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. For relaxation, the flat offers three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, a small balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub; the second bedroom with two single beds and direct access to a terrace where there is a table for outdoor dining; and a third bedroom with a trundle bed, ideal for two people. A second bathroom with bathtub completes the house. Please note that there is no cot or high chair.

The surroundings of the accommodation are a real privilege. It offers direct access to the beach of Alicate, one of the most peaceful and well-kept beaches in the area, with golden sand and ideal for relaxing in the sun or taking long walks by the sea. The centre of Marbella is only a 10 minute drive away, where you can enjoy a Mediterranean atmosphere with a wide range of restaurants, shops, bars and culture. Places such as the historic centre, the famous Golden Mile or the marina of Puerto Banús are only a few minutes away and offer a unique experience.

The swimming pool is available from May to October from 9:00h to 21:00h.
