Great stay, superb service
The hotel is well kept and the location is superb right next to many restaurants, cafes etc. and only a short walk from the beach. The service here was simply outstanding. I had forgotten my bag on the bag seat of a taxi and the reception was able to tract it down and arrange it to be delivered to the hotel. They saw a lot of effort to make this happen, had I stayed in some other hotel I would have most likely lost my bag for good.

Exceptional customer service!
This was probably the best customer experience I have ever had. We stayed only one night but were treated like the best loyalty customers. We asked for late check out since our plane was leaving as late as 1 am. Our room was not available for late check out but the staff offered us another room with no extra fee. We stayed until 10 pm, enjoyed the town, the beach and the beautiful room. The location is also perfect - in a middle of the beautiful old town. The rooms are very stylish and elegant, decorated in a modern Asian style. This will definitely be our choice during our next visit in Marbella!

Interesting small hotel
Location difficult because you need to park your car far away on the street/parking hall and carry your luggage to the hotel. Outside pool very little and sun never shines there. Beds very hard. Breakfast was tasty and the service was very polite both at the reception and at the breakfast room.

Ihana, pieni hotelli hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa. Huone oli tilava, uuden oloinen ja upeasti sisustettu. Henkilökunta oli kielitaitoista ja palvelualtista, saimme loistavat ravintolasuositukset. Kivana yksityiskohtana henkilökohtainen aamiainen - jokainen sai valita itselleen haluamansa tuotteet aamiaiselle ja sai ne pöytään tarjoiltuna.

The Brazilian owner Marcos is very friendly and helpful as all his crew, this makes the visitor to feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean. Stayed at the Banyan ”Junior” Suite. The floor area is what I would call a double room but as it is in the attic, the ceiling descends from the middle of the room down to a height of approx. 1 m at one end. This makes that to reach this end you must crawl. On this “wall” is the rooms only windows, two round portholes of about 0,5 m in diameter, making the room hazy even in broad daylight. The room has no table, except for a small chest in front of the two seated sofa. Neither are there any chairs. The only reading light is at the one side of the bed. The terrace, size 3,5x2 m is to the southwest, enjoyable on a sunny day. The terrace door has windows giving some light to the room but as it is at the end of a corridor, it did not give much light. This “Junior” suite suits mainly newlywed or young couples. Generally the areas in the hotel are not heated; in the breakfast room the staff used the parka jackets or similar winter clothes. This is quite general in most of the small hotels and restaurants in Spain.

Location in the old town was great, on a quiet beautiful street. Nicely decorated room, king bed. Would highly recommend.

This is an absolute must stay when traveling to Marbella! It is right in the heart of the Old Town, convenient to everything, but around the corner from the hustle and bustle. The street is the most beautiful in the town. Every tourist stops to take a picture. We met several of the staff and one was nicer than the other. We can't wait to come back!

Trevligt rum med egen jacuzzi på takterassen. Dock stod det vid bokning att man kunde boka på frukost på hotellet men det var felaktig information av Hotels.com. Mycket mysigt läge i gamla stan med tapas restauranger runt hörnet. 10 min promenad till havet. Perfekt läge!

My stay with my boyfriend was absolutely wonderful! The room and hotel was a small four room hotel but so well maintained, and romantic. So close to all shops and restaurants. Such a helpful and friendly staff, Ben, Juan and the rest of the team were awesome! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This charming property was tricky to find but once you find it it’s great. We were greeted by the owner Bolivar and his friend Osvaldo who were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the “casco antiguo” providing the City’s charm and personality. You can walk to the beach and find restaurants all around.

I was extremely disappointed and angry. The way it is advertised it seems to be a Boutique Hotel, beautifully decorated in Asian Style. However, it is not a hotel at all, but 6 or 7 individual Villas in the same Street or area, some with large terrace or a small area downstairs which can be used by all guests of that house or the other houses. As I don´t like modern hotels , I had booked a specific room which was beautifully decorated in Asian style and looked forward to the experience. However, I was given a perfectly nice but modern room but without the lovely Asian furniture and on Street level in one of thoses houses. the villa had no comun sitting area or terrace and on arrival I was not told that I could use facilities of the other houses. As I was on the same level as passers by, If I wanted privacy, I had to close the shutters and sit by electric light even by day. Also, on arrival I was never told that there were terraces or comun sitting areas available to be used by me in the other houses until I complained. So, as the weather was not very good I was stuck in my room with the shutters closed! I strongly suggest to the owners to invest some money for an attractive and comfortable general area with bar facilities so that guests have the feeling that they are in a Boutique Hotel. Anyway, I won´t return.

Mysigt hotell med unika rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Man bor mitt i gamla stan och har nära till restauranger barer och shopping. Frukosten åt vi inte så den vet jag inget om. Enda negativa för min del var att sängen var alldeles för hård, min rygg tyckte inte om det. Bor gärna där igen. 😁

We stayed in Penang. The bed was super hard. The room was small which would have been ok if the furniture hadn’t been so bulky and oversized. Also, there were minimal drawers to store anything. Our receipt said two bedroom but the second “bedroom” was a tiny loft with a dinky couch.

Great hotel with great location
Everything was great- the service, location, cleanliness. The only thing that could be better is that some of those little shower flies seemed to be coming from the vent in the bathroom. Still, the room was clean overall.
