The location is perfect for anyone looking to visit Puerto Banus. Staff were great. The apartment size was great but the furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated and needs to be updated. However, if you don't plan on spending much time in the apartment its a good trade off for location

Hôtel idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Parking souterrain pratique à 29€/jour (cher certes mais contre 80€/jour en accès libre). Des bars sympas et bons restaurants (sont halal) juste en bas de l’hôtel, plage à quelques mètres et proche du centre, de la Marina… L’appart hôtel est très spacieux mais vraiment vieillot ! Matelas très peu confortables, cuisine présente mais pas vraiment utilisable, salle de bain à l’ancienne. A noter qu’en restant 3 nuits, nous n’avons pas eu de changement de serviettes ni nettoyage ou autre. Bon rapport qualité / prix malgré tout qui fait que c’est la deuxième fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel.

A fuir. Je pensais avoir atteint le summum du luxe en louant chez Plazza mais énorme déception à l arrivée. Mise à part l emplacement qui est idéal, le reste du séjour a été lamentable. Insalubre, vétuste, machine à laver en panne, portes cassées, aucun produits a part savon main. Bref. Affreux.

Priset var mycket högt jämfört med boendet, men de
Boendet var mycket gammalt och renligheten var mycket enkel. Vissa områden rengjordes inte och tvättmaskinen fungerade inte. Platsen var mycket elegant, men parkeringen var mycket dyr och man bör fråga i receptionen innan man parkerar bilen.

Amazing location! If you're after a clean base for your holiday and you'll be out and about for most of your trip, then this is the place to stay. We were lucky enough to have a sea view and balcony which were amazing. Cleaners came in and changed our towels, emptied bins etc every day. The apartments are dated but clean. I wouldn't rate the kitchen facilities but that was the only negative, i wouldn't have cooked in it as barely anything there. The best part of these apartments is how close they are to everything! Would stay again.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og stor leilighet! Det som trakk ned var hvor lite koselig den var, nærmest litt uhyggelig. Verken sengene eller putene var ikke gode Det var heller ikke helt rent på gulvet da vi kom - mye sand og rusk, dessverre. Da vi sjekket inn var de ansatte også lite imøtekommende.

Disappointing
The apartment was very old fashioned, not comfortable at all and not a nice place to be in. However, the reception staff were amazing and helped us to up grade to the sister hotel B51 which was excellent.

El sitio esta en el centro de Puerto Banus, muy buen comunicado. El apartamento es muy grande y se nota que en los años 80 era de lujo, pero requiere una reforma y actualizacion urgentemente! Especialmente la cama, la ropa de cama (que anunciaban como de primera calidad, pero debia de ser cuando se compro porque era antigua), el baño (tenia cortina de baño!) y los muebles de la cocina (los armarios costaba abrirlos y luego cerrarlos). Nos consta que ya han empezado las reformas, pero nos toco uno que todavia no estaba reformado

Thought my review for the adjoining property will likely be dismissed and hidden, Plaza Park Suites is the property booking i kept and stayed at between the two. No assistance from Expedia nor the property to combine the mistaken double booking with the same building under two names. Only first issue. The bed was filthy with hair still on the sheets so we slept on a towel. Zero bathroom amenities or supplies. Sheets that should be mequito netting, they are so thin, no mattress cover and only one layer of bed. Think it may have been a boxspring not a mattress, it was so hard and had the raised ridges. Extremely dirty floors and smelled like disquised smoke. Only outdated by 40 years in every way with curtains thin as rhe sheets letting all light in. No place for a traveler of any budget to stay and my most regrettable stay in my dozens and dozens of Expedia bookings. My relationship with Expedia will not be the same and i will share this with all my traveling friends verbally, in travel blogs, and anywhere else that can not be hidden from rating sources. Anyone associated with this booking transaction and stay should be ashamed and find another line of work or business away from service. Disgusted by this experience

The view of the ocean was spectacular from the living area and master bedroom!! It was a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with walk in closets, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and large balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom. Furnishings are a bit outdated and the m/b mattress was not very comfortable. Also we were right above a restaurant/nightclub and the noise could be heard in the master and living areas. We vacationed late September which is considered off-season. We were told that a week before all restaurants and clubs were opened much later so we dodged that bullet. Perhaps younger people would enjoy that aspect of the facility more. BUT all in all the views and large apartment size made up for any and all negatives... LOVE this area of Spain and the hotel!

Stedet kan absolut ikke anbefales ( forfærdeligt) kan ikke forstå, at man betaler penge for at bo her. Det var så nedslidt, at det mest ligner noget fra de tidligere østblok lande. Godt vi kun skulle have 1 overnatning.

Fantastic location, large and apartments. Ideal as we were on a Stag Do. Only negative was our shuttle did not turn up on the return trip, so we had to get a taxi. Actually a better way to do it as this turned out 60 euro cheaper than we were quoted for the shuttle.

Do not book!!
Great location, terrible accommodation. Large in size but very dated. The apartments are home to seasonal workers and each day music and parties would start around 3/4am. We were exhausted all week and truly spoilt our stay.
