Relaxing beach side apartment in Costalita

Our apartment is located in a beautiful secure gated community close to the beach in Costalita. We have two bedrooms and a large south/east facing terrace overlooking the pool area with a partial sea view from terrace and mountian views from the rear balcony.

This intimate gated complex has a private access gate to the beach close to some chiringuitos.
Two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage space and full bathrooms. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven and hotplate, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and with all cooking and dining utensils. A washing machine, iron with board and vacuum cleaner are available. The balcony has a electric rollout sunshade and dining furniture, Flyscreens and shutters on windows.
The complex has an adult and children’s swimming pool. Nearby there are shops, bars/restaurants, as well as golf, tennis, spas and a Safari Park/Zoo.
The village of Cancelada is 400m across a pedestrian footbridge.

This is a great holiday home in a beautiful gated community with a large swimming pool.
The interior has recently been updated to make sure you will enjoy your stay. The spacious living room has a smart tv with internet to watch series on Youtube or Netflix. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and is connected to the small laundry area. While staying with us you can also make use of the communal pools and garden located on the urbanization.
