Lake LBJ Getaway with Private Pool & Boat Slip

Clearwater Escape Lake House is a gorgeous home located in a gated community with a heated private pool, and lake views. This lake beauty has farmhouse decor and is beautifully decorated, to provide a place for the perfect escape to the lake.

Only steps away from Lake LBJ, you will have access to a boat ramp and designated boat slip in the adjacent marina. We also have a pontoon boat available. (Message me for details) The amenity center just across the street also provides entertainment options including a community pool, sand volleyball, basketball court, pickle ball, foosball, and ping pong.

Downstairs Accommodations:

Primary bedroom has a king sized bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate bathroom directly across with a soak tub and shower.

Upstairs Accommodations:

The Loft has two built-in bunk beds and plenty of space to play. The Bedroom/Office situated off the loft has a full size bed, desk, chair, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse with a USB C docking station. If you are needing to squeeze in a little work, you're all set! There is also a separate full bath with tub. Second primary has queen size bed, and it's own full bath with walk-in shower.

Flat screen TVs with internet connectivity are in the living room, master bedroom and all bedrooms; all are smart devices. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and vinyl wood floors downstairs. Carpet in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs. Utility closet with high-efficient washer and dryer are included.

The large back patio is great for entertaining with a private pool, bar table and stools. A KitchenAid propane grill is also included for grilling.

Bring your boat or jet ski. There are locations available to rent one, as well. Use the designated covered boat slip at the private marina at no extra charge which is equipped with a universal electric lift that fits up to a 24 foot ski boat or pontoon/tritoon.

Overall it was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful home, well stocked on all the essentials and then some- towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, cookware, bedding, pool toys, games, you name it they had it! The boat slip and trailer storage were perfect and so convenient, you couldn’t have asked for anything more! The lake was perfect! A little busy on the holiday weekend with other boaters though. Side note! They have upgraded their patio since the pictures shown on the profile- it is now about 4-5 feet longer with wicker loungers, and has a 6 person table with comfortable chairs, as well as 4 comfortable plastic pool chairs! It was a delightful surprise after that was our only initial hesitation on booking since knowing we would be spending vast majority of our time outside. My only con for the stay would have been I think their housekeepers forgot to sweep the main area. And the fountain in the pool has some pretty sharp metal edging which we were all adults so it wasn’t an issue, but if you have kids I would recommend covering it with a pool noodle or something to prevent them from injury. Outside of those two small things, everything else was clean and wonderful, those were just the only two things we noticed that were off. Communication with Heather was phenomenal; she was incredibly prompt in her responses to me with any questions/concerns I had! So pleased with our stay and looking forward to going back! Definitely recommend staying here :)

The house was so spacious and a great location with lots of space for the kids to roam and play pickleball. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day on the water. The kitchen is very well stocked, there wasn't a thing we needed that they didn't provide. We will be back again!!

Great location for this spacious property. We had our children and grandkids all together for a few days. The layout of the house and property gave us a chance to keep everyone happy and busy. The kids loved the backyard pool.We jad a great visit and made lifetime memories at this property.

We had such a great time! The house was absolutely beautiful, kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and kitchen utensils which made cooking for 12 people very easy. The grocery store HEB is about 10 mins away so it was easy to run out and grab what we needed. Great location! Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our trip but the kids were entertained with the board games that were provided. Will definitely come back!

We had a most perfect time here! The communication with the homeowners was superb! Speaking to them was just like talking to family! The house has everything you could possibly need, the owners thought of everything! We loved our stay and cant wait until next summer to come back! Dont think twice, book this little paradise today!

Beautiful property, the location was perfect and at a walking distance to the lake. Easy access to the boat. The house is beautiful and has everything you need from kitchen to bathrooms and pool. Communication with Heather, our host, was great. She made sure we had everything we needed, from a couple of days before our trip to the day we left. She kept in touch with me to make sure we didn’t forget anything at the house and if we did, to let her know so she could send it back. We will definitely book this place again!

Beautiful property, great location, and perfect space for our three generation family get together and golf vacation. We have stayed at three properties in this neighborhood in the last three years, but will definitely come back to this one from now on. Hosts were very friendly and receptive. Highly recommend!

The home had everything we needed, with plenty of room for our whole group in such a well-suited space! The pool was perfect for cooling off and with the use of their boat slip and a short walk to the boat ramp it was easy to enjoy time out on the lake! The owners were so responsive and a delight to work with! Perfection- not a single complaint!

Wonderful property! The house was exceptionally well stocked and clean. Nice comfortable beds and great outdoor area. The pool was perfect size and a lot of fun for the kids. Being so close to the boat slip was also definitely a plus!!! The owners were extremely responsive and very nice! 10/10 hands down and would definitely stay at this location again.

As your first enter you will think this is a nice place. The communication before showing up was amazing. As you start to unpack and get ready to enjoy the pool, you will realize how the hosts have stocked this house very well with kitchen gear, pool towels, games. The house even had an extra garage fridge which is always great to have for those waters for hydration. During the stay the communication was great by the random checking in to make sure all was well. I can’t say I’ve had any other hosts do the same. Overall I would come back to the house. Location was great and the hosts were very attentive to all details.

9 girlfriends on year 15 girls trip..brought our own boat. BEAUTIFUL HOME, EXTREMELY CLEAN, FULLY STOCKED, GREAT LOCATION! Boat slip and access fantastic. They have a close place to keep trailer also which provides room for another vehicle at house since we all drove from different directions! Owner Heather was very quick to repond to questions and SO KIND. We will book and stay here again! HOPEFULLY VERY SOON!

The house was gorgeous — clean, comfortable and well appointed! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook from appliances down to the spices. The weather was very cold, but we had the pool heated for the kids and they swam each day of our stay. The rest of us enjoyed relaxing family time, staying in cooking, playing games, and watching movies together on very comfortable couches. We were a party of 10 and everyone had a nice bed. The kids liked taking over the loft upstairs which gave the grown-ups a reprieve downstairs. The host was an absolute delight and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the summer when we can better enjoy the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property! It was beautiful and very clean! We had 12 people and each person had a bed! The community area is just across the street where we enjoyed Pickleball, foosball, basketball and ping pong! Overall it was a perfect get away!
