Tämä hiljattain remontoitu kiinteistö sijaitsee Sunrise Beachillä erinomaisella avoimella rantaalueella kauniilla LBJ-järvellä vain muutaman mailin päässä Horseshoe Baystä. Tästä kodista on näkymät järvelle jokaisesta huoneesta. On olemassa useita golfkenttiä 11 mailin päässä. Olemme Llano Countyn sydämessä, joka tunnetaan maailman hirvien metsästyspääkaupungina ja parhaat LBJ-järven kalastuskohteet ovat heti laiturilla!

Järvihuoneen kaksi erittäin suurta kannet tarjoavat täydellisen näkymän Texas Hill Country auringonlaskuun. Kiinteistölle on kiinnitetty yksityinen saari, jolla on oma veneramppi ja joka on täydellinen paikka LBJ-järven häihin, perhejuhliin, yritystoimintaan tai muuhun suureen kokoontumiseen. On oma, katettu vene lipsahdus veneen hissi. Koko hehtaarin kiinteistössä on useita suuria varjopuita. Kiinteistö sijaitsee suoraan lähellä venesatamaa, jossa on polttoainepalvelu, sekä pieni lähikauppa.

Koti on iso, kaunis talo, jossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu ja kattoalueella näkyvät palkit. Yläkerrassa on ylisuuri kylpyamme porealtaalla ja kaksi erittäin suurta huonetta, ylemmässä päällikössä on king ja twin ja toisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen kerrossänky. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on ylisuuret liukulasiovet, jotka johtavat yläkerran kuistille ja upea näköala järvelle.

Keittiö on suuri kaikilla nykyaikaisilla laitteilla, joita voit odottaa tai haluta, mukaan lukien jen-aire-keittotaso ja uudet graniittiset työtasot. Bonuksena on, että keittiöstä on myös upea näköala järvelle. Olohuoneesta löydät viihtyisän suuren takan ja alakerran kuistille johtavat ylisuuret liukuovet, ja tietysti toisen upean järvinäköalan. Siinä on myös mukava ruokailutila sisä- ja ulkopuolella, jokaisessa mahtuu 6. Perhehuoneen sohva ja rakkausistuin ovat täydellisiä paikkoja katsella järveä tai nukkua!

Alakerrassa on myös täysi kylpyamme ja puoli kylpy, ovi, jossa vyöryvä sänky, ja makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode. Yhdessä on mukavat vuoteet jopa yhdelletoista hengelle.

Kannen ulkopuolella on ruokapöytä ja tuolit sekä hiiligrilli.

I recently rented this property for a group of 12 and unfortunately my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the VRBO listing. Pros: the pool and patio additions were nice and offered a pleasant outdoor space. Cons: the living area and kitchen were much smaller than anticipated for our large group, making it challenging to gather comfortably. The lake access was misleading. It is not easily reachable; you have to walk down a hill to get to the island and boat slips. Additionally, the cove meant we faced an overwhelming number of mosquitos. The area around the water was not well-maintained, with trash floating in the lake, which detracted from the experience. This property was priced as a high-end rental, but we found a newer, larger, cleaner and more affordable option on another part of the lake with direct access. I attempted to communicate with the owner about checking out early after our first night, as we were very unhappy with the state of the home but never received a response or any kind of refund. Overall, I would not recommend this rental due to the discrepancies between the listing and reality, as well as the issues we encountered during our stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed it so much, my family is already saying…when we go next year! Sarah is awesome to work with and very helpful when we were out of the country and there was a miscommunication on my part about the 2nd part of the payment! We love this house so much and definitely love Sarah and her great response when we had a question! Thanks again Sarah! We will definitely be back!

Loved this property! VERY clean. My measure of this is wiping up a spill with a white paper towel. Spilled material only on towel, NO black floor dirt at all! Pool is terrific, hot tub wonderful, outdoor kitchen top notch, TVs superb(esp during soccer America’s Cup). Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes and pans, And a few odds and ends. Host was very responsive to our few questions. All 17 of us really enjoyed the 5 days we had here. After years at the beach, everyone wants to go back to the lake! Negatives? Very few. Bigger and newer trash cans would be one. Outdoor clock would be great. As a nearly 80 year old Grandma, I would appreciate a railing into the pool. I used my children and grandchildren to help me with that first big step. Kitchen faucet was difficult to Operate until we figured out it was a touch activated design. Slow running drain In downstairs master bath sink. Also, please get the leaving time uniform. I chose to use the time listed in the email giving me house and gate codes. This said 12 noon. The binder for the house said 11, but who knew. I went with 12 , and we managed to leave at11:30. Please be uniform and list correct time on all email communications. Thanks for a wonderful stay! BTW, we have been staying at VRBO accommodations for 10 years or so, so not our first experience. A very nice house.

This was an annual trip with my family, friends and GRAND KIDS. I'll start with Sarah, you could not get a better host. Very attentive and responsive. She has activities of her own, but made sure any issues were attended to. (not that we had any issues) Cleanliness was outstanding. Stocked, we have never seen a BETTER stocked kitchen, pots, pans, utensils. If we needed it, it was there. The Gates/fence outside/pool. we had little ones, the pool and patio setup was Perfect to keep them safe and NO hassle for adults. Simple pull and open, but out of younger folks reach. Pool and hot tub were great, the wives and kids loved it. The Swim up Bar with TVs, my son and son-in-law could watch Formula One racing, basket ball and football games at the same time, all right from the POOL and NO ONE needed to argue. Outdoor Kitchen beautiful, fully stocked and easy to use both Grill and burners. (Just me, be mindful of your utensils, this is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with porous stone, mind ur drippings) The boat/jet sky launch and ramp, HOLY CRAP no lines no waiting. Backup launch and park your trailer in the ample space. Then park ur boat/jet sky in the wet slips Fishing, this makes it all worth it. Watching ur Grand kids catch their first fish!! Really Paw Paws dream. Of course nothing like your Grand kids waking you up @ 5am to go fish every morning. As far as recommendation to visit (HELL NO, stay away. I want this place all to my own) We booked again.

This location was perfect for our group’s needs. Bathrooms galore, plenty of bedrooms, and we were very happy with the fencing around the pool and property. Added benefit was the ability to launch boat and jet ski right on the property without having to wait in any lines or feel rushed. Everyone in the group gave the property rave reviews, and we will be returning.

The house was perfect for 12 boys/men - grandpa, uncles, brothers, and cousins to get together for an annual fishing trip. Everybody had a bed, enjoyed the pool/game room, patio area, and it was great they could keep fishing from the dock area even after the fishing guide trip was over.

What an incredible experience we had staying here. Hosting 18+ people for a three day weekend, I wasn’t sure of where to stay on LBJ. Sarah's lake house far surpassed all of our hopes and expectations for lodging and being situated on the lake was idyllic. Sarah was an amazing host, providing thorough instructions along with her quick and seamless communication. I feel so lucky to have gotten the chance to stay here and cannot wait to find another reason to get friends together again!

We rented this house for a family group with ages ranging from 1 year old to 73 years old and everyone absolutely loved it. Great location near lake with hikes nearby. Comfortable, clean, modern house with fantastic outdoor area. Hope to return!

Outdoor space was great for our group. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub and was great weather to lift the garage door and watch football and play pool/shuffleboard. We had plenty of space for a large group.

What a wonderful stay we had! Great house, great property manager! My family was sad because we couldn’t stay a a previous property. Then I found this one! So awesome!! Sarah was wonderful and I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property! We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

The house was super clean, the pool was amazing and the outdoor kitchen to die for! I totally recommend this place!!!! We brought 11 kids and 10 adults and all had a place to stay! They converted the garage into a casita and it was awesome! We were even talking about making this our yearly event. Oh if you have a boat(s) they got plenty of parking! Thank you Sarah for an amazing stay!!!
