”The Lil House is a nice, cozy spot for a couple to unwind and enjoy the nearby mountains and what the general area has to offer. I enjoyed the slightly rustic and mountainous themed decor. Lots of little lamps; very good interior lighting. Cabin is very easy to get to with two driveway entrances, however parking is a bit tight. Only one roll of toilet paper, but we managed. Some people will not like the sulfur smell the water currently has; most noticeable during showers. It’s really not that...

”We stayed in this quiet cabin for a short weekend away and loved the location and the set up of the space. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook for ourselves the whole weekend. ”Absolutely beautiful location! After a long day on the motorcycle it felt amazing to take a dip in the picturesque Squally Creek. The cabin was cute and just what we needed. Brian’s directions he sent were spot on. We used GPS to Cedar Cliff Church, then followed his directions to the cabin with no problems. I will be looking forward to staying here again soon. ”

”This is a great place to stay when visiting the Nantahala and surrounding area. The house was clean with nice quality towels, mattresses, and bedding. We felt very at home and loved the decor. Our teen boys enjoyed the separate outdoor room or man cave as they called it. We played pool and corn hole as well. Our evening ended with s’mores by the fire. We will definitely be back!”

”We absolutely loved our stay in Phil and Karen’s cabin. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. There were so many amenities for us during our stay. From toothbrushes to firewood for the fire pit. Pretty much anything you could think of, they had. The remotes and everything was labeled to make usage smooth and simple. The Murphy bed was a nice addition to the cabin and it was really cool to see how much space is saved when it’s not in use. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”
