”Overall, we had a really cool experience and would absolutely recommend it. How many people get to say they've camped in the heart of the North Cascades? It was definitely a memorable trip. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just a couple of communication issues that could be easily improved. I had some trouble receiving the check-in email (which may have been a technology issue), and once I received it, I wish it had included a reminder to check for any burn bans before purchasing...

”We loved staying at the Lookout. The upscale cottage decorating was comfortable and welcoming. The premium bedding and towels felt new, and fresh. Sheila and Victor’s thoughtful touches (hiking map, guidebook, board games) really made our stay extra comfortable. There was a basket in the bathroom with necessities that might be needed.
