The beautiful Villa Mattuzzi is located near the old town of Pula on a plot of land totaling 18000m2, 1300m2 of which is fenced. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is particularly suitable for a relaxing family vacation as it has a children's playground. The villa consists of two floors, but only the first floor is rented out, while the second floor is closed. The interior of the villa is bright with soft tones. All rooms are located on the first floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower, and an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a modern tavern with fireplace, dining table and benches, perfect for family meals.

The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also has a Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 8 people and views of the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis.

You and your children will be amazed by the well-equipped children's playground located next to the house. The playground has a large slide suitable for younger children, while the older ones can play soccer or basketball. While your children are playing, you can sit on the large wooden bench, keep an eye on your children and read a good book.Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula.
