”We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay....

”This was the most magical place ever! The hotel is small and intimate with only 6 rooms and the owners live on the property, so they bend over backwards to help you or get you anything you need. It felt more like a bed and breakfast with the most gorgeous rooms, an amazing pool, and breathtaking views. We messed up and didn’t rent a car and the owner Raffaele literally came and picked us up.
