We had a great time. There were a few hiccups at first. The check in was a little odd - you have to pick up the key in a mailbox a few miles off site - but no issues. We also had an issue with an odd smell in the property when we first checked in. However it aired out after a couple days and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries about it. All I can think is it came from a neighbor or previous tenant, and like I said, it aired out and was fine. Otherwise this was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented. Absolutely no issues there. The property also has everything you could possibly need, and the owner gets a 10/10 for communication. The location is great also. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but we did it every day with four kids under 7 with no issues. The pool is nice but got cold after a few cloudy days, and there’s a woman at the pool who is like the pool gestapo and whose sole purpose is to watch people for every possible infraction. If you have little kids watch out for the balcony - our two year old stuck her head right between the railing bars when we got there so we ordered a kind of mesh netting that we zip tied to the balcony. It worked great and gave us peace of mind and we left it behind for future visitors. We also left some extra toys behind for younger kids. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Our kids loved the room with the two single beds and really felt like it was home.
