The check in process was a little difficult as we did not get a gate code prior to our check in, so we contacted John and he sent one. The only other difficulty was that we did not realize you had to follow the yellow marker in the parking lot to get in.Once in the stay was beautiful other than misinformation in the write up on the unit. There is NO in unit laundry.The only other hiccup was the floors were dirty, which we reported to Tyler.

Long Weekend in Marco

This property was accurately described on line. The condo is very clean and the views are amazing. The neighborhood was very nice and quite. The Snook Inn has live music and was a just a short walk. We would stay here again.

Marco Island Stay

We loved the unit. Completely new and updated. Great location and view. Walking distance to restaurants and close to shopping. The entire condo project was beautiful. Minor gliches with parking entry, but otherwise it was fantastic. Definitely a 10.

Short Stay

We checked in on a Monday and stayed until Saturday. The property was nice, the laundry was not in the unit, but very close to where we stayed. Nice view of the water from the bedroom and balcony.

Great place but communication lacking

It started out very rough since I had no contact phone number to communicate with when the check-in process went terrible. First off, I couldn't even get in the gate with the instructions provided, then once in, they asked for my QR code from the owner for free parking, otherwise it would be $30. Well, I never received a code and had to pay the $30. I finally got the number of the property manager who said he would refund me the $30, but I never received that either. Once checked in, the water was completely shut off, but I was able to figure out how to turn it back on myself. After all that, the rest of our time was wonderful! The location was great! The place is as described. Overall, I gave it a 4 due to the inconveniences during check-in and poor initial communication, but the rest was very good. I would stay there again if the minor issues can be rectified.

We truly loved our condo🙂 I enjoyed that we were a end condo so that when we sat out on the lanai we had view of the water from the side & from the front, also lined that it was screened & had a ceiling fan..the bed was comfy & everything was clean..This was our 1st time staying here & to the area, so getting in the property after the office closed was a lil confusing, but we got it figured out & parking was a breeze after that..parking lot is well lit up..We felt safe here & would definitely stay again 😁

Quiet Marina Condo close to everything

My wife and I wanted a get-away. It was quiet, clean, close to everything. Golf Cart Rental around the corner and lazy days on Marco. Great spot and great price. Great condo for you.

Fantastic, peaceful stay!

The property owner and manager was a breeze to work with! I had last minute change of plans and they made it work with no issues. The place was exactly as described from the views to the cleanliness. Location is fantastic and parking was super easy too! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you again!

Very nice condo with greatview

Condo itself was gorgeous and immaculate. View was stunning. Only complaint, the mattress & pillows could stand to be updated. Was a bit of construction that i wish we’d known about in advance, but fullyunderstand that this was out of the owners control. Overall,i would definitely recommend this rental. The view, the cleanliness and the fully stocked kitchen made it a great rental.

Awesome!

Property was very nice, very nicely decorated, very clean, as advertised ETC. I want to be perfectly clear on this next point, this bothered my GF more than I, The only issue we had was there was "NO" window treatments (Blinds ETC) on the door wall, kitchen, or living room windows. It would not prevent me from staying again, but she would definitely bring it up, onour next trip. Still Awesome!

Beutiful Location and Condo

Loved the location and the condo was beautiful. The check in process was a little rough. The office was busy, and the only office worker was very frustrated with setting up gate entries for everyone. She implied that the information should have been sent by the rental owner. The condo number and code was not shared and had to contact the owner for the information. However, after everything was figured out, it was perfect. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay!

This was our first visit to Marco Island for a getaway long weekend. The condo was great and the view over the water was outstanding! Everything was as advertised with the exception of an additional 1/2 bath which it didn’t have. There was some construction work going on while we were there in the units nearby which was a bit of a distraction but overall the place was awesome. Liked the heated pool and hot tub. We would come back again!
