  • Welcome to Chestnut Court, a recently remodeled, 3 BDR/2.5 Bath Coastal home with DIRECT access to the Marco River and conveniently located on the North side of the Island for for quick boating and on/off island access.

    This home is tastefully furnished with Coastal decor and boasts vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops, walk-in pantry, spacious island for dining, full-laundry, heated pool, beverage center, private lanai, and BBQ.

Great Family Home

This home was just as advertised, very clean and close to all attractions. Great pier to dock our boat for the week and a very short trip to the best beaches. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great property

We had a great stay in Marco Island. Home was perfect. Nice pool and outdoor space. Home was stocked with all the things needed for our stay. Enjoyed kayaking.

Our family had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities at Chestnut Court! The pool was the perfect temperature and backyard landscaping allows for relaxing in a private setting. We saw dolphins and wildlife in the canal and enjoyed fishing off the dock as well! This home has comfortable beds, and ample towels for bathrooms, pool and beach. So nice that the house has bikes, beach chairs, and pool floats for use!

Marco Island winter vacation

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space for my entire family to enjoy. The pool, fire pit area & dock were beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor space daily, played basketball in the pool, kayaked and played cards on the dock! This is a wonderful rental property and would love to stay here again next winters break!

TREMENDOUS Property

The perfect vacation home for our family. Great location. Had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous and fun. We kayaked, boated, fished off the dock, swam, grilled and took in all Marco had to offer. The communication from booking through stay was flawless! We will be back

Property was exactly what we were hoping for! Great location, amazing pool and outdoor space, super clean and updated with comfy beds! We caught lots of snapper right off the seawall. We kayaker to the bay and saw dolphins every time. Host was super responsive and kind. Great experience!!!

Our recent stay at Chestnut Court was a delightful experience. The beautiful home is located on a very quiet, pleasant street. The home is so tastefully decorated and spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. The back yard with the enormous dock, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful lighting, and awesome pergola provide such a peaceful pleasant atmosphere. As always Allison, and Race of Stay Marco were consistently attentive to our needs and so helpful. I would highly recommend Chestnut Hill as a perfect choice for a family getaway.

Chestnut Court is absolutely perfect in every way!

This little gem on Chestnut Court was exactly what we hoped for during our 10 day visit in February. The house is perfectly laid out and very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is so inviting with lots of seating by the pool. We spent many days just hanging out at the house. Management was very responsive and couldn’t have been nicer. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back to Chestnut Court. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Had a delightful time on Chestnut Court staying for three weeks in January. Would love to come back again. Here are the highlights: - Expertly laid out house with great energy for enjoying family - Peaceful and quiet neighborhood - walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants (10 mins) - plenty of sidewalks for exercise and safety - House was fully stocked for cooking, baking, grilling - Very responsive and thoughtful management team; a responded immediately each time to questions on the house and general area - Salt water pool achieved the perfect temperature each day - Friendly neighborhood on land and water - Outside area was expansive, peaceful and private - There are two separate desk areas and great internet to take care of everything while you “work from home”.
