Olemme äskettäin ostaneet ja maalanneet ja sisustaneet tämän kodin täysin. Tämän kodin avoimet alueet ovat erinomaisia ominaisuuksia sekä yläkerran parveke. Se on täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Tilavasta Lanai-lämmitetystä uima-altaasta telakalle suoraan laajaan näkymään suoraan veden kanavalle et halua lähteä. Kaada itsellesi juoma ja istu laiturilla ja katsele delfiinejä, manaattia ja tarponia. Lähes koko kodin kaakkoispuoli avautuu upeimpaan mahdolliseen näkymään.
Kun olet kodin sisällä, nauti tilavasta keittiöstä, jossa on kaikki tarvitsemasi fantastisen meren antimien valmistamiseksi. Olohuone on myös avoinna, ja siinä on tv-konsoli, joka lisää tunnelmaa suurella taulutelevisiolla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode taulutelevisio ja pääsy Lanai. Master kylpyhuoneessa on hänen ja hänen turhamaisuutensa suihkulla, jossa on useita suihkupäätä. Yläkerrassa on oma suuri huone ja taulutelevisio. Tästä upeasta huoneesta on pääsy parvekkeelle, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja ala-Lanaihin. Kaikissa huoneissa on omat kylpyhuoneet.
Marco-sillan ylittämiseksi pyydämme sinua jättämään kaikki huolet taakse. Saarella on jokaiselle jotakin. Kalastajan vuokrausveneelle upeaan syvänmeren kalastukseen. Tai saalis lautalle Key Westiin hauskanpitoa varten. Rannat tarjoavat loistavaa kuoret, auringonottoa tai hauskaa meressä. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kotoa on ruokakauppa, huumekauppa ja kaikki kodin mukavuudet.
Huomaa, että kylpylä / kuumaputki toimivat samassa lämpötilassa.

Peruutussäännöt: Jos varauksiasi on tarpeen peruuttaa, kaikki ennakkomaksut säilyvät vahingonkorvauksina, ellei kirjallista peruutusilmoitusta ole saatu vähintään 120 päivää ennen saapumistasi. Seuraamuksista luovutaan, jos yksikkö vuokrataan uudelleen samalla hinnalla ja koko varauksesi ajan. Kaikki ennakkomaksut menetetään, jos peruutat 90 päivän kuluessa suunnitellusta saapumisestasi. Kaikista peruutuksista peritään 300 dollarin hallintamaksu. 00.

The home was being cleaned past our check in time. I had to make the guest beds with sheets that were in the dryer. The parking is very limited. The pool isn’t hot and the connected spa is just for looks. The internet didn’t work for the first portion of the stay. The lights weren’t working in many areas, including the laundry that was promised to be fixed but never was so we had to use a flashlight after a day out and about and post sunset. The electrical didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and it took two days to get an electrician who was concerned with the overall electrical of the home; thus concerned me for in case of a fire. Instead of a fire extinguisher I found many open alcohol containers that were seemingly left from past guest. The owner is very slow to respond, if at all. I chose to enjoy my family as much as I could in the end and reported all of this to VRBO.

Had a great time!

The home was emaculant at check in. Every inch of the house was clean. Especially noticed in the bathrooms not a sign of any mold or mildew. The house was as advertised. The master and the bunk bed room were located on first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Pool temperature was a little cold, but local representative turned it up for us. Great location! Saw our dolphin friends every morning in the channel of water the home was located in. Very peaceful that time of year. We were there end of June. Beaches were the best we have ever been! Careful of tiger tail beach. Long walk after parking. We liked the South beach entrance better. Also, home could use cooler with wheels. lol. That’s a whole other story we won’t go into. Our bad! All in all we would highly recommend staying in this home while visiting Marco Island. A beautiful island btw !

Home was large & comfortable for my family of ten. Large kitchen could use more plastic dishes/baking pans. Spa is not a hot tub. Pool ok. Canal view but obstructed by beautiful boat at dock. Small dock. Enjoyed staying at this home. & had a wonderful time.

Great Time in Marco!

Our family had another wonderful time in Marco Island! The best two things about the house was that Kristin (our property mgr on site) was extremely responsive to any needs we had. Also the house was very clean. We loved the open layout. The pool, which was a bit small, had a netting around it. Even though we always kept an eye on our grandchildren, it gave us a little more security. The lanai was big enough for us, but a little small compared to other homes we've stayed in. Probably wouldn't be big enough if you have older children. The area was quiet and the view was great, except for the owner's huge boat that was in the way. The beds weren't the best, but I've come to expect that in rental homes. One or two of the mattresses should probably be replaced. The house is in need of a major facelift. Some of the baseboards need to be replaced. The furniture is really old, but the sofas were comfortable. But, as I said, it was clean so that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The main reason why we won't stay there again is the kids' bedroom on the first floor has bunk beds and is very far away from the primary bedroom. With a 3 year old, that just didn't work for us. I should have figured that out when I booked it. If you have older children, it would be fine. They have a crib too. This house is very "kid" friendly. Overall, I liked the house, but it definitely needs a coat of paint and other maintenance. Thanks again to Kristin - a great host!

Wonderful home on the water!

The beautiful home was perfect for our family for the week. Great location, well appointed, and an excellent layout. The 2 story lanai, pool and deck area was amazing. We also appreciated that every bedroom had a full bathroom. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Christmas on Marco

Our stay on Tarpon Bay met and exceeded our expectations - with room for everyone. We were able to paddle board with the dolphins on Tarpon Bay, and spent Christmas Eve at the beach to watch sunset! Definitely recommend.

Family friendly and well located.

This clean, family friendly home is a good choice. Publix is 2 blocks away and getting around is easy. All of us enjoyed the pool and outside patio. We had small children and two baskets of toys were available for them to play with. We had great food at local restaurants and stopped in at the weekly farmers market. A beautiful and relaxing week.

Loved this location

This was a great place for our family to stay. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for each bedroom. The pool and lanai were perfect for relaxing. We had small children in our group and appreciated the fencing around the pool. We all enjoyed seeing sting rays, dolphins and manatees in the canal. The large kitchen is well equipped. The house is just three blocks from a Publix grocery store and an easy drive to beaches and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this home for others.

Great option for big family

This house is perfect for a big family, with 5 bedrooms and ample space throughout. We saw dolphins in the canal every morning, which is so special. Some appliances could use an upgrade (toilets / microwave) but this place is highly recommended. Hope to be back!

Large 5 bedroom, 5 bath home for extended family

Large home, well equipped, and the upstairs bedrooms were surprisingly quiet--couldn't hear the early risers downstairs at all! The heated pool was the big attraction: even though it's small, it was perfect for the kids, even when the outside temp was in the mid-60s. The upstairs family room and outdoor spaces including upper deck/balcony were nice spots to chill. Walking distance to Publix and Walgreens. Some of the beds could use newer mattresses and linens, but overall, the home was as advertised.

Spacious home with room for all to gather or have privacy. We had a reunion of 4 families and the floor plan worked well for us. Great outdoor area with pool and nice view! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Very nice location, minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops. Property manager and owner were quick to respond to our concerns.

Vacation

The 5 bed/5 bath was perfect for our group. The kitchen was updated, but only had 1 large skillet. Thank goodness Publix was right around the corner. The photos and description of the house were accurate. We knew the owner’s boat would be on the lift, but it almost completely blocked the water view. Finally, while we knew the spa was set to 87 degrees, it would have been nice to enjoy a relaxing hot tub on those cool nights.

Awesome Home for Large Family Group

This property was perfect for our group of 3 families! Lots of space to spread out, with individual bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. The photos are outdated, as the kitchen is in the process of an upgrade and looks really nice. The pool was incredible and we loved watching the dolphins in the canal everyday. Incredible option on Marco and we hope to come back!!

We had 8 people in the house and it was excellent. Great location for anything you need or want to do. The house was very clean and accommodated are family very well. Don Williames the property manager was exceptional. He got back to us with any questions and concerns we had immediately. GREAT PLACE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Place is wonderful and easy to recommend. A few issues the owner needs to address are: 1) the barbecue is a relic and is overdue for replacement; 2) pool heater worked on 1 of our 7 days only, despite daily attempts by the property manager to fix; 3) multiple TV sets in residence but cable service seems to only allow one in use at a time; and 4) some of the hot tub jets are broken such that they spray out of the tub onto the surround walkway, thus pulling the tub and pool water levels down. Fix those items and the place would be marvellous!

Great location convenient to grocery stores and activities

The facility was perfect for the size of group that we had disappointed at the hot tub was not able to be used and also it does state that there is a garage but you're not able to use it to park your vehicles..... It's unfortunate they don't allow late checkouts other than that we would probably stay there again just needs a little bit of updating.

Beautiful but needs a little TLC...

This was our first time at Marco Island and the area was, as expected, beautiful! The home was very spacious for our 3 children, their spouses and our 4 granchildren. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and dock and loved spying dolphin and alligators in the canal. The beach was only 5 minutes by car and the area is free of traffic. I loved the master bath and open living spaces. There were some negatives that future vacationers need to be made aware of. We were surprised with having to pay to go to the beach - a first for us. If you have young children, don't even bother to go to tigertail beach as the walk is too far from where you park. South Beach was not overly crowded and we could use the same parking pass all day. The house definitely needs some TLC from the owners - The kitchen lacked many of the basics - working toaster, cookie sheets, can opener, coffee mugs (we bought 6 mugs and a can opener and just left them there). The master bedroom door lock was broken ( my husband bought new hardware and fixed it). Knobs were missing from very expensive but now shabby furniture. The pool area has a nicer table pictured than what is actually there. There is another wrought iron table and chairs that should be discarded, as it was covered in rust. The deck/ pool areas needs new furniture. Finally, we expected an occasional bug, but we did not expect the ants that had infested the master bath and kitchen. Overall our stay was okay but we have stayed in better maintained vacation homes. The property manager was available and responded promptly to our needs. We were disappointed that our property was not ready for us until after 5pm.
