Enjoy a view of the beach from the private balcony which is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo features a king size bed in the master and two full size beds in the guest room with an additional twin added in the bonus den room.

Somerset amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts, BBQ grills, and a security gatehouse at the entrance. The barbecue grills are situated by the pools if your culinary skills are ready for a Bobby Flay style throw down. The Somerset is know for its LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Being beachfront on the popular south side of the island where lots of favorite restaurants nearby. Walk to unique shopping venues , movie theater, miniature golf, ice cream or dinner.

HOA Application fee is $154.80. Applications must be received by the manager at least 5 days prior to the arrival date.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
