As you enter the home, you are greeted with an open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and formal dining area. The living room has two sofa's and two arm chairs and a flat screen TV. The formal dining room has a table that seats 8 guests comfortably plus a breakfast nook that seats four.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, two breakfast bars, one side has four barstools and the other has three barstools.

The home has a heated swimming pool with great water views and also has an outside pool bathroom. Also, a bonus side yard to use along with a tiki hut complete with a paver surface and 6 adirondack chairs. The tiki hut is a great place for happy hour or morning coffee. Upstairs is a bonus deck with lounger chairs and a bar height set of adirondack chairs. Great sun set sky views and a relaxing bonus space. There is a large, oversized dock with a floating dock, swim platform is a large plus to launch two included kayaks. Ample space to tie up a rental boat is available. Prior notice must be made to use dock tie up. No boat lift is included.

Beach chairs and ample beach towels are included with your stay.
