3 bedroom house + home office w/ Murphy bed & private heated pool. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk over bunk, perfect for the kids. House is fully stocked. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys). Pack n Play, highchair & removable fence for the pool to keep kids safe. Washer/dryer. Minute`s walk to Mackle Park for basketball, playground & dog park. 3 blocks from Marco Island Historical Museum, & Library. 5 minute drive to the white sandy beaches, great restaurants & supermarkets.

Residential neighbourhood, close to Mackle Park, Marco Island Library, Marco Island Historical Museum & Marco Island Racquet Club/ YMCA.

Private driveway parking for two vehicles. The neighbourhood is great for walking or riding bikes, and 5min drive to beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
On departure morning please remove sheets from the bed and leave at the end of the bed for the cleaners. Please put any trash in the large bins in the garage. The city picks up Monday & Thursday morning. Please put any dishes in the dishwasher and turn on so its clean for when the cleaning crew arrive.

We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Please be aware of this. Noise after 10pm is treated very severely and the Police follow up on noise complaints. Should the police go out to the property and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the `maximum occupants` per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified. Furthermore, there are 2 vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
