***July 24, 2025 - work has started on refurbishing the tennis and pickleball courts. The work is expected to last at least a month and the courts will not be usable during this time. All you need to pack for a stay at this condo is a swimsuit and a toothbrush because it's fully stocked and equipped with everything for your vacation including:

- Updated bathroom with walk-in shower and separate vanity area

- Bright living area w/flat screen TV and Queen sofa bed

- Fully-equipped kitchen
