The house sleeps 12 people, with 3 king, 3 full and 1 twin beds. The space has a modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. French doors lead to an amazing heated pool &. Jacuzzi with a canal view. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 3 dining areas. Patio has a 4 in 1 game table (hockey, billiard, tennis and football).

Just a mile away from the Marco Island public beach so you just walk or bike there, and very close to nice restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

This multi-million 3,200 square foot waterfront home offers all the amenities for a dream vacation. It sleeps 13 people. The space has an organic modern feel, with high ceilings and new upscale furniture. You can enjoy your drink from the pool with an incredibly wide water canal view. This place is the perfect centerpiece of any gathering of family or friends. The house has handicapped accessible features.

Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, its own tv and its own full bath and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a glass walk-in shower, a spa style tub, and his/her sinks. Guests can access pool deck through sliding door.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and a desk if you need to work remotely. The third bedroom also has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 full bunkbeds, and a twin bed and has plenty of board games for the kids. The fifth room has a full-size bed.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is equipped with everything guests need for a perfect family dinner! You will find cook pots and pans, 2 types of coffee maker (Filter and Keurig), a microwave, toasters, a blender, an air fryer, a crockpot, a rice cooker, a French press, and plenty of other new appliances. The family can enjoy a nice meal in the modern dining area that fits 6 people or the wooden table that fits 4 people and the outdoor glass table that fits 4 more. Therefore, we accommodate for 14 people total.

Living Room
The living room has a new large comfortable sectional that will accommodate for all the family if they want to hang out, have a game night or watch some Netflix or Peacock on the large 75-inch TV while enjoying the pool and canal views at the same time.

Patio and Game Room
The glass covered patio overlooks the canal and has a small dining table. It also has a 4 in 1 game table that features four different games (Air powered hockey, table tennis, billiards, and launch football). It is one of guests’ favorite thing about this Airbnb. The game room also has an exercise bike if you want to get a quick workout on vacation with an amazing view.

Bathroom
The first bathroom has a standing shower as well as a tub shower. The second bathroom is a spa-like bath that features a walk-in marble shower and a soaking tub, as well as double vanity. The third bathroom is an outdoor one by the pool and has an outdoor shower you can use after you are done swimming.

HOUSE RULES

Noise
The number 1 complaint in Marco Island about rental homes is noise. No parties or outdoor noise from 9 pm to 8 am. Please be thoughtful of the neighbors. If you are too loud and the police comes, you will be receiving a fine. The city fines range from $250 to $5,000. Only 14 guests allowed at the house.

Vehicles & Parking
The number 2 complaint in Marco about rental homes is parking. One vehicle per bedroom allowed on property. So you can only have 5 vehicles properly parked (2 inside and 3 on the driveway). If you have more, you will pay $50/vehicle and we can tow them away. Do not park overnight in the between sidewalk and street, or park to vehicle on the sidewalk.

Occupancy & # of People
The number 3 complaint in Marco about rental homes is overcrowding. The maximum number of people who can stay is 13 people.

Trash
Your responsibility is to put garbage in outside bins AND put the bins in the street Sunday and Wednesday night. Garbage trucks pick up trash on Thursday morning and Monday Morning.
