The sofa converts automatically into a bed with a high-quality 140 cm mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, WC, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm box-spring bed and has its own washroom with sink and WC. Outdoors, the private shaded terrace with a grapevine is perfect for dining, while a nearby fig tree provides a natural spot for an afternoon siesta.

The property is equipped with modern amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and oven.
