”Key card didn’t work first time, second time it let me into a very hot room where the air conditioner would not turn on, third time I got a room with working a/c. Didn’t feel it should have taken that long to get a room”

”Great place to stay for solo travelers who are busy and need a place to sleep and shower. but if you’re looking for a great experience, this wouldn’t be the place. they have a lot of care for their customers but it’s more for solo travelers and business over a big family vacation taking a vacation. but overall, staff is amazing and very helpful. they help you with anything you need and that’s the best part.”

”The facility was very clean and well maintained. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning had two cups of coffee and used the two pouches of dry creamer. I learned the if you didn't put the clean room sign out the only service was clean towels. I stayed from Thursday till Monday and not once did get the coffee replaced. I had to walk across the street to Jack in the box to get coffee. The staff should know older have to have their coffee in the morning and don't want to get dressed...

”I found this place to be very comfortable. The rooms I was in was spacious and overall comfortable. The furnishings are nice, and the bed comfortable.. I was able to work at the table with my computer and tablets and it was very peaceful. Big Windows letting in light it's very important to me. The place is older so it's not a new building. It's hard to compare an older building to something new, but overall I really liked the place. The water takes a little bit of time to get fully hot but it...
