Charming Riverside Cottage with Private Grounds, Fishing, Pet-Friendly, WiFi, and Parking

Located on the site of a 15th-century mill on the banks of the Arnon River, in a former 18th-century farmhouse, this independent cottage boasts a large, private, unfenced garden (direct access to the river) and is close to the owners' house. Fishing is permitted in the river with a permit available at the town hall or tourist office. Private parking is available, and a garage for motorcycles is also provided. The ground floor comprises a large living room. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are three adjoining bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one through bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), all equipped with air conditioning.

Prices include beds made upon arrival and oil-fired central heating. Towels are optional. A mandatory cleaning service of €80 is charged for businesses and is payable in addition to the rental price. Baby cot and high chair available - Wi-Fi - Pets are welcome, provided they get along with the house dog. Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access is via a front step, and the interior consists of two staircases: one to the kitchen and the other to the bedrooms.
