”Pleasant, airy room with good heating and light. Lovely reception and service from Amelia. Quiet area, with local shops and eateries, and ample parking. Will stay again. ”

”Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Large room with comfortable bed. En-suite included bath (preferred by wife), while the shower, above the bath, worked pretty well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good full Welsh breakfast, lighter options also available. Good varied dinner menu (we ate there three times).
The dog was made as welcome as we were, and we hope to return.”

”We stay here once or twice a year when visiting friends in Mumbles. It's super convenient, has nice views, and is clean enough. It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property.”

”Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful.
Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere.
Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking.
Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.”

”This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. Google Maps doesn't pin the location precisely, so look for the sign. We also recommend Köz Turkish Restaurant for a fabulous evening meal, Cafe N Joy for a simple...

”The staff when we checked in was so friendly and helpful. But the lift is not working and their air conditioning is barely working, it’s not good with this weather. But all the staff are friendly and polite.”

”Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.”
