Treeops Margaret River is a welcoming townhouse right in the centre of town. With the iconic Margaret River Bakery across the road and Swings wine bar just steps away, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy the region’s vibrant food, wine and café culture.

Sleeping up to five guests, this two-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples, families or small groups wanting a comfortable base from which to explore Margaret River’s beaches, forest trails and world-class wineries.

The Space
Set over two levels, Treeos offers both comfort and practicality. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and the second with two singles. The main bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower, with a powder room adjacent. A second toilet is located upstairs next to the laundry.
The upstairs living area is bright and open, with the lounge, dining and kitchen flowing together to create a welcoming space to gather. A TV and air-conditioning make relaxing easy, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for holiday cooking. The laundry, complete with washer and dryer, adds convenience for longer stays. Sliding glass doors open to a private deck where you can enjoy a BBQ or unwind with a drink. With its outlook across the grounds and surrounding treetops, the space feels peaceful and tucked away despite being right in the heart of town.

Cleaning Fee - Please note that the Cleaning Fee is higher than other properties because it is a combined Linen Hire & Cleaning Fee.
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Sofa bed: Fresh linen is provided for the sofa bed. If you would like to use it, we kindly ask that you make it up yourself each evening. This way, the sofa can remain available for seating during the day.
