”This place is a lovely hidden gem. It is well appointed, clean, peaceful and welcoming. The outside patio is private and covered allowing breezes but not the hot sun. The parking was great with an electric outlet to charge our bikes. The hosts are responsive, friendly and accommodating. This place is close to shopping, I-95, beaches, downtown and parks. It is a great place to relax and unwind.”

”Air conditioning was loud,fan never shut off. The filter was extremly dirty but the home was clean except the floors were vaccumed but not mopped. The home had all the amenities of comfort very cute and was greatly appreciated. Easy arrival and departure. ”

”Great place to stay minus the mosquito bugs are not under control they were a nuissance and could not enjoy the outdoors as intended. But, everything else was very nice, clean and a good quiet spot. I also enjoyed airplanes passing through. Great view.”

”Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! ”

”This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. ”

”We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...
