This lovely Holiday home is located in the well known area of Maria Alm and is spacious enough to accommodate a large family or friends group, with no less than 7 bedrooms for your comfort. With the central heating system, you will find yourself warm enough in the winters.

This area is a paradise amongst tourists who are interested in various snow related activities like skiing, snowboarding or sleighing, due to the availability of many slopes with well enough snow. Even in the spring or summers, you can enjoy the sereneness of the far stretched green meadows from the home itself.

The holiday home has beautiful living room with open plan kitchen and a large dining table for your group to have meals together. You have a balcony from where the view of mountain slopes can be enjoyed , with snow in the winter. There is also parking facility available.

Being at the centre location, day trips to Salzburg or Zell am See, Kaprun reservoir,  Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the 'World of the Ice Giants' can be easily taken into consideration. Public transport is within a kilometre range and airport being at 86 km distance.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
