Located in the charming village of Maria de la Salut, this charming house for 6 guests is ideal for a peaceful stay in the heart of Mallorca.

The exterior of the flat is designed to maximize the enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. The property has an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 meters, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find sun loungers for relaxing in the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also has a barbecue area under a porch that shades the table set-up to enjoy outdoor meals with your companions.

The rustic interior, distributed over two floors, starts with an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, which is open to the dining room, creating a large and bright space to relax and eat with your companions. In addition, the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay. There is a second very luminous room where you will find an armchair perfect for enjoying an afternoon reading a book. To finish this ground floor, you have a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and A/C, and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. Going upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, both with a double bed and with access to the outside, one bedroom opens onto a balcony and the other onto a terrace with two hammocks, ideal for sunbathing. All the bedrooms of the house have wardrobes and A/C. Finally, a second complete bathroom with a bathtub gives service to this first floor. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your use during your stay. If you are travelling with a baby you can make use of the cot and high chair.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
