”We had a room on the highway side of the building and despite double glazing it was quite noisy. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work very well and the bed was very soft. ”

”Nice basic accommodation, a short walk to the train station and all shops, restaurants and doctors. Clean. very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alisha, more personal than big hotels. It is between the railway and a busy road. Our room faced the railway which didn’t bother us and the cockatoos came to visit in the mornings.”

”Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on...

”The hotel rooms are not large but are comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice, friendly and professional. This hotel was close to bus line and metro. Safe surrounding streets and with 10-15 minutes walking, there are nice restaurants and grocery shops. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. One downside was the street noises that could be heard in the rooms. ”

”First rate in every way, great location, quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to Metro at a Chinese mall - good food! Staff lovely, room had everything including a cute balcony. Beautiful Vicotrian building.”

”The location was just what we wanted, the kitchen was as described, the staff were helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be when the unit was serviced, they replaced coffee and sugar but no milk.”
