The Penthouse Preber in the AlpiNest holiday village in Mariapfarr, in the Lungau region of Salzburg, impresses with its spacious rooms, high-quality designer furniture and a unique living atmosphere. Spanning 127 m², this first-floor penthouse offers plenty of space for up to 9 people. The exposed wooden roof trusses run the length of the entire property, lending the modern rooms a cosy alpine feel.

Three bedrooms and spacious living comfort



The penthouse has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and a further double bedroom with an additional sofa bed for two people. There is another sofa bed for one person in the living room. Two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet provide ample comfort for families and friends.



The spacious living and dining area, furnished with high-quality designer furniture, offers plenty of space for spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and practical kitchen utensils, makes cooking together a real pleasure. Two televisions, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine with a drying function round off the facilities.

Relax in the Swiss stone pine sauna right by the stream



Just about 30 metres from the penthouse is a cosy sauna hut made of Swiss stone pine, idyllically situated right by a stream. The sauna is available to guests free of charge for shared use – particularly pleasant after a day’s skiing or a hike in the Lungau mountains.
