”This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. ”

”The house was very good for multi generation family gathering. Good size living room and very spacious dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I chose this property for the lake views and the hot tub, and it was perfect for that! It was a cool, rainy weekend but we had plenty of space inside to gather.”

”Fantastic place to stay. Amazing sunsets, an outdoor patio to eat breakfast & look at the water. We went to Acadia/Bar Harbor in the morning & it was about an hour drive. Left 6:30 & the park was pretty empty until 11 am. 2nd day explored Schoodic part of Acadia (down the road/close by). Great continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again! ”

”The location was beautiful and well worth the price. The indoor pool exceeded our expectations and was immaculate as was the hot tub. We did not use the outdoor pool or fire pit but both looked inviting. The location is close enough to walk to the d9wntown village. The rooms are a little dated but beds were comfortable, Internet access was excellent.”

”The room was large and clean. There’s a large dog park fully enclosed which was well maintained and well lit. The Hulls Cove entrance to the park is close by and Bar Harbor is about a 10 minutes drive away. ”
