”The room overall looked outdated and was not clean. The chair by the desk had visible stains or dirt spots and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was also not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The property location is great and the staff is very friendly! ”

”Centrally located and within walking distance of Downtown Sarasota. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby lounge was excellent for both the service and food. I would stay there again. ”

”This is our sixth time staying at Aloft Sarasota. We are very pleased with this hotel and amenities that we don’t look for anything else in downtown Sarasota. Clean rooms, great service, rooftop pool with a bar, and this time we also enjoyed complimentary breakfast. We always arrive early and enjoy early check-in which is a plus.”

”bed side lamp was not working for entire staying. not acceptable. mgt issue. reception staff was good breakfast food quality is not good at all. stay for 5 nights and only room cleaning once. not acceptable. hotel policy issue”
