”I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room.”

The beds were comfy, but the pillows were, in my opinion, too squishy. Even with 3 of them they went flat almost immediately. I prefer a more firm pillow.
I also had to use a towel and the long pillow off of the sofa to block the huge gap at the bottom of the entry door. I noticed that every door I walked by while walking down the hallway (2nd floor) had the same huge gap at the bottom of the door's threshold. With that said, at least it wasn't as bad...
”The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived and all the way through our stay offering to meet any needs we had. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony of the baseball field was clear! Amazing stay! Looking forward to staying here again! ”
