”Puitteet rauhallisessa kattohuoneistossa omalla terassilla näkymällä jet d’eau:lle päin, ja huoneen (ml. kylpyhuoneen) hyvä varustus täyttivät odotukseni, mutta parasta oli silti luontevan mukavan ystävälliseen asiakaspalveluun omistautunut ammattitaitoinen ja avulias henkilökunta, joka huomioi kukin oman tehtävänsä pienetkin yksityiskohdat. Sekä huonetilat että käytävät & hissit olivat hyvin siivotut ja ilma niissä oli raikas. Kaikki oli ehjää ja hyväkuntoista. Vuode oli miellyttävä, minibaarin...

”Nice room, despite construction work next door, the hotel was quiet. Breakfast expensive. Good location, walking distance to shops etc.”

”The staff were extremely lovely. I came for my birthday and they went out of their way to give me a birthday cake. Which I really do appreciate. ”

”Loistava, palvelualtis henkilökunta mutta huone todella vaatimaton ja nuhjuinen vessaa lukuunottamatta (remontoitu vastikään).”

”Huone oli puhdas ja siisti. Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Henkilökunta mukavaa. Aamupala oli suppea mutta hyvä ja sai mahan täyteen.”

”And being in the middle of nowhere was kind of the point, in going there. We really loved the hotel and it’s staff. Breakfast was delicious, the only problem was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, we would loved to have the dinner on the premises. Our room had STUNNING view over the mointains. ”

”Hyvä palvelu alkoi jo taksin saavuttua hotellin eteen.! Matkatavaroista ei tarvinnut huolehtia sen jälkeen. Receptionissa kaikki sujui kätevästi ja henkilökunta esitteli mm. aamiaistilat sekä hotellihuoneen ja opasti kaikki käytännöt. Siisti huone ja mukava näköala järvelle. Harmiksi kattoravintola oli jo suljettu sesonkiajan loputtua. Aamiaisella niinikään hyvää palvelua ja riittävä kattaus minulle. Hintataso 5 tähden hotellin mukainen.”

”Nice experience. The room was quiet, the double bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, functional. The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy. The BF room was quite crowded, but no need to queue. Location was nice; a grocery store and a bus stop next to the entrance. The bus to/from airport in 5 mins walking distance. The central railway station also within the walking distance.”

”Truly amazing staff, service and atmosphere, feels like home in the alps. The hotel has very comfortable public areas, including, the lobby with open fire, a very nice meeting/living room in the first floor, and pool table room. Spa room concept is cool, the reservation includes the sauna, gym and very spacious open space to hang out and cool down. The hotel is bit remote so a car is highly recommended although we survived without. The rooms on the forest side a quite small but certainly serves...
