”Great stay love the style and theme of the room”

”Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

”The staff was super friendly, interactive, and helpful. They spoke every time you passed thru the lobby. They were super helpful with answering questions about the area and inquiries I had. The place itself was that New Orleans charm, and very comfortable. The only complaint is you could hear other people in the halls quite easily. Andrew at the lobby desk was amazing as was Patrice. My 2 favorites!”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double.”

”Was very impressed with the staff & enjoyed my interactions with Tequila at the front desk. Very hospitable & when my ac unit seemed to not be working, she promptly put me into another room. Maintenance was quick to come and realized the ac was in fact working. Room was very comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & updated. Would definitely stay here again.”

”The wait for the elevators were from two to five minutes- way too long! The cleaning crew - did not show up , even when we ask for device! We have to ask repeatedly for clean towels! Very disappointing, paying money and not getting adequate services!”
