"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We’re so glad we came"

"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön, aber es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die sich verbessern können. Zum einen war die Unterkunft nicht ganz sauber, der Badezimmerboden war nicht so sauber und der Teppich im Wohnraum war auch nicht gesaugt es waren Haarbüschel drauf und Flecken drin. Desweiteren ist der Rauchmelder in den letzten 3 Tagen Tagsüber bzw. Nachts ohne einen Grund ausgelöst. Was ein schlafen in der letzten Nacht nicht sehr angenehm machte ,da 3 x der Alarm los ging. Idyllisch...

"Die Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und auch der Garten ist schön gestaltet mit tollen Sitzgelegenheiten. Fragen wurden vom Vermieter direkt beantwortet. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Lemmer reisen, wird dies unsere 1. Adresse sein."

"Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Ijhorst verbracht. Super schönes Haus, bepueme Betten, Sofa könnte etwas fester zum sitzen sein einziges Mango der Schrank im Bad und Schlafzimmer waren etwas ungepflegt haben erstmal alles ausgewischt ansonsten war alles sauber. Würde es wieder mieten. Wunderschöner Ferienpark."

"Wir nutzten unsere Unterkunft als Schlafquartier. Tagsüber waren wir immer unterwegs. Klein (bei schlechtem Wetter bestimmt zu klein für 5 Personen), idyllisch gelegen, aufwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher, ruhe aber auch im inneren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (das ein oder andere Geschirrteil haben wir dann doch vermisst)"

"Tolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist für einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub optimal. Leider sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten selbst für nur ein paar Frühstücksbrötchen 8 KM in Lemmer entfernt. Bei schönen Wetter eine Runde mit dem Fahrrad bei schlechten Wetter ohne Auto nicht machbar. In Rutten selbst ist außer Ruhe nix. Wir sind aufgrund des Wetters viel Auto gefahren."

Fly screens; you cannot afford to open the windows either during the day or night, because there are loads and loads of mosquitos around the property, in trees etc. It's quite a damp area, so they love it. "Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Sauberkeit des Objektes (Mißverständnis mit der Reinigungsfirma) und der unkomplizierten und offenen Kommunikation mit Sabine hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Lemmer und in der schönen Unterkunft.
