”Tony's contemporary villa is located in a secluded and peaceful location on the Alcudia coast. It has an unobstructed gorgeous ocean view from every corner of the house (rolling up the metal gate and sitting at the small round table watching the sunset in the evening was my favorite). The villa is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. I liked some the touches like the welcoming bottles of champagne, water, and coffee pods in the fridge. ”Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und wir verbrachten hier gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet; leider sehr hellhörig durch laut schließende Türen und dünne Wände. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ”

”Die Lage am Meer ist perfekt. Ruhiger Strand in Gehdistanz. Große Zimmer. Agentur vor Ort reagiert beim ersten Mal sofort ( Außenbeleuchtung defekt, etc.). Stromkosten werden extra berechnet. Kameras im Haus, wohl nur bei Abwesenheit von Gästen eingeschaltet? Keine Rauchmelder, Feuerlöscher haben wir nicht gefunden. Erste Hilfe Kasten so gut wie leer. Keine Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle. Keine Handtuchhalter oder Toilettenpapierhalter. Mobiliar müsste besser gepflegt oder ausgetauscht werden (...

”We spent 9 days in this wonderful location in October 2018. The apartment was very spacious for just the two of us and we found it clean, adequately equipped, and with a very friendly, very committed landlord. We would especially mention the balcony with this marvelous view on Badia de Pollença. As we had a rental car, it was no problem for us to do the groceries. The next supermarket is a some 3 km away and we preferred to shop in Alcúdia which is reachable within 10 min bei car. Thank you so...

”The villa was in an amazing location a few steps from the beach. The water was so warm in Aug the pool was pleasantly refreshing. We didn’t venture far from Alcudia suiting our week as the old town, Port & Bay gave us plenty to do - we ate out most evenings thanks to recommendations from the agents that are responsible for the villa - Peter was brilliant with his advice & prompt communication. I would highly recommend!”
