”The hotel was good. The only issue I had was at check-in. Expedia had a lower rate on their web site and when I pointed it out to the front desk person she was put off by this. Forcing me to book with Expedia.
Once I made the reservation she challenged my claimed, stating it would take up to an hour for the booking to show up on her system. I refused to believe it and forced her to complete the booking with the confirmation from my cell phone.

”We didn't have anything included in our stay except a one-time 15 dollar credit for the attached restaurants, Denny's and Moxies. We were there 5 nights, so that seems a bit cheap.
There was no breakfast or airport shuttle included. We had to cab it both ways, about another 120 dollars. We ended up walking to the nearest grocery store and buying our breakfast foods. Denny's and Moxies were both pricey. I was sure they had a shuttle, but apparently I was mistaken.
