”The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t...

”At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. They were going to book me anyway for the late arrival but to refuse me a check-in so late with NOWHERE to go I literally slept in the WAWA gas station parking lot down the road…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Literally the worst service on EVER received”

”Cute stay downtown Ocala. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our only issue was the noise from the street below our room. Nothing the hotel can do about that but they did give us ear plugs in the room if we wanted to use them.”

”The pool was green and the property is in an industrial area. Not very conducive to sleep. There was some kind of engine or machine running next door continuously and was very noisy. The front desk person was not very helpful. The room was clean, but they demanded a 100 dollar security deposit for any damage. I took pictures of the room and the damage already there when I got there. The toilet connection was hanging off the wall and one of the floor boards was damaged. Wouldn't recommend...

”In listing .pool was included . But on this day . Wednesday. Wen I checked in .. he stated that pool wasn't available til Thursday .. and Thursday came and nothing .. I was very upset . I stayed because it was 5 minutes walk to my daughters .. but I had came from another hotel wit pool and free breakfast .. so I was upset .. and wifi didn't work either . I will not b recommending oyo .”
