”The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask.
The staff was nice.”

”I'm giving a big 10 out of 10 to the night desk clerk. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but she was FANTASTIC! No request was too large or too small. She attended to each and every one. She decorated the lobby and the outside planters, everything was so welcoming. The only thing she couldn't help me with was the quality of the breakfasts. Not good at all. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first day, even though it wasn't in my budget.”

”Rented for three nights in December. Pre-communication was not as expected. We had to contact the host to receive an email for the “unlock code” and the wifi. Arrived at dusk and saw a MasterLock keybox on the side of the wall but could not unlock the box to get the keys. Call to the host rolled to voicemail with a full mailbox. Called VRBO who patched us through to the host. She explained the code was for a keypad on the door not the lockbox. We couldn’t see that because the outside light was...
