”The room was clean, but incredibly small. No amenities whatsoever. The noise was absolutely terrible—other guests, music, etc. No coffee pot or anything else that would be helpful. I hated my stay, but appreciated the security they had.”

”Front desk staff was amazing”

”Pretty run down. The first room we were given was in quite a bit of disrepair. We were moved to another room that was smaller and didn't have as many items needing repair. The breakfasts were nice. We did try to get sheets and a blanket for the pull out couch and was never able to catch the woman at the front desk to get those items.”

”Front staff was not friendly. He was more focused on whatever he was doing on his personal laptop vs helping me check in. Once i arrived in my room, i saw a baby roach right beside my door. There was a old odor as soon as we entered. Our sheets were wet. I immediately went back down to complain. He did move us to a different room. The smell was better but one night, we saw baby roaches AGAIN in my bathroom, there was ants along the window seal, and also we saw bed bugs. The pictures definitely...

”The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas.”

”Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear.”

”Hotel Soma was perfect for our one night stay in Ft. Worth in June. The instructions were sent to us before our check in time & we had no problem getting inside. Once inside, we were welcomed with the cold air from a great A/C and relaxing music on the tvs. The kitchenette had everything you could need, even for a longer stay...plates/silverware/glasses. With a full size refrigerator/freezer we were able to chill some wine & reheat some food in the morning. They have a Nespresso machine &...
