”Amazing Property, Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very homely.”

”This accommodation is really comfortable, with the en suite bedrooms at each end of a large open plan living space. It is an ideal place for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and the various attractions that are within easy driving distance. The location is quiet, safe for kids, secure and comfortable. The farm fresh eggs are superb. The owner is really nice and her dog Skye is lovely.”

”Communication with the host was excellent and they were flexible with our request to check out a little later which was very much appreciated. Hot tub was excellent. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend”

”Really clean room. Boutique decor.”

”Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.”

”The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”
